I have enjoyed the health benefits of massage over the years, from several excellent therapists. Kathy Grede is one of the most naturally gifted and intuitive therapists I have used. She is trained in several techniques, which she has used to effectively treat my long-standing shoulder joint pain. She is dedicated to pain relief and has helped me with recurring headaches. She is caring, knowledgeable and effective in her goal of stress reduction, pain relief, and complete relaxation (that feels indulgent). She really goes above and beyond to provide personal treatment.

I am a regular weekly client of Kathy’s and she is truly amazing. I had a migraine and called Kathy in hopes that she could come. Kathy dropped everything and took my #8 migraine headache (on a pain scale of 0 to 10, 10 being unbearable) down to a #5 in 15 minutes. Within an hour I had NO PAIN, then with her magic fingers she took all the stress out of my neck and shoulders and balanced my hips. I felt like a new woman.
